An independent overview of Sweden’s and Stockholm’s food tech ecosystem was conducted by Paris-based DigitalFoodLab upon request from Invest Stockholm to explore how Stockholm’s food tech scene can be perceived internationally in relation to other leading European ecosystems.
We’d like to share the findings with you, and with that as a background discuss about the strengths Stockholm could leverage in order to create more business opportunities as well as the weaknesses that need to be addressed in order to make Stockholm, Sweden and the Nordics the centre for the next generation food system.
